How Intense are the trainings
Our training sessions are designed to challenge players while still being age-appropriate and supportive. We push players to improve, but always at a level that matches their ability and readiness. The goal is to help every athlete build confidence, improve skills, and get into strong basketball shape while still enjoying the process.
